Borland have acquired TogetherSoft
SCOTTS VALLEY, Calif. - January 15, 2003 : Borland Software Corporation (Nasdaq NM: BORL) today announced the completion of its acquisition of TogetherSoft Corporation. Borland acquired privately held TogetherSoft for approximately .5 million in cash and 9,050,000 shares of Borland common stock.

Then on Sunday, February 16 there's "Peace in the Park" from 1pm at Potters Park(cnr Dominion and Balmoral Roads) featuring Don McGlashan, GoldenHorse, Salon Kingsadore, Tamil Cultural Group, Selwyn College Band, Brenda Liddiard and Mark Laurent, African Drummers, One Voice Choir, Phil Toms, Taos, The Weather, Caitlin Smith, Shona Laing and Karen Hunter.

There's also an emergency anti-war rally on the day of the first strikes starting at 5pm outside the US Consulate, 23 Customs St.
